|Recommended: YesGreat Place for Students — The apartments aren't bad. Everyone minds their business and stays to themselves so you don't really have to worry about that. It is a pretty quiet place, with not too much noise from neighbors or outside in the parking lots.

|Recommended: YesWell suited for college students — If someone asked what's it's like living here I would tell them it is a good place to live if your in college and need a close place to stay for campus. It is very affordable for college students and there are many things that accommodate a college student.

|Recommended: YesFlatts review — upon arrival, there were minor issues that got resolved right away from the maintenance staff. On weekends other residents can be pretty loud on the lawn but they normally end their festivities at a reasonable hour.

|Recommended: YesGreat community — This is a great community to live in. There are great amenities like a dog park, grills, pavilion, hammocks, a game room, a gym, study rooms, and rooms to hang out with friends. The apartments are also nicely kept and have updated appliances. The office staff is super nice, inviting, friendly, and helpful. They are always giving away prizes or doing events for their community members. The community feels safe and it is close to a bunch or restaurants and the center of Salisbury. You are also a less than 5 minute drive to Salisbury University. Overall, a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesMay be too soon to say, but so far so good — This is a nice little community located close to everything that you need. I would say that it may be good to invest in some of that acoustic soundproofing to keep the sound inside and not outside, bugging your neighbors. Everyone should get them, tbh.

Due to the apartments being close together there are some noises you can hear from each apartment, although this can seem frustrating at times we do try to let our residents know to be mindful of our quiet hours.
