|Recommended: YesGood place to live — a good place to live, good parking, mateience is fast and very professional, clean, and quiet. heating does a good job. some minor apartment damages but nothing that would be unlivable.

|Recommended: YesLove the Flatts — Wonderful environment to live in. Staff are friendly and overall is a very kind community. Some small issues do exist within the apartment but the maintenance team does a great job of alleviating problems within their control.

|Recommended: YesGreat place for busy students — The Flatts was a great place to stay. It was usually quiet, only occasional noise from neighbors and graounds keeping staff. The apartment was nice with a simple floor plan that gave a cozy feel. I had no technical issues, and the apartment was in great shape. Would recommend for students who are busy and prefer to have a quieter place to live.
