|Recommended: YesNoise at night — Im aware this is not your fault and while it is nice to have the pavilion being right outside, there needs to be a way to control when people can throw parties because the noise is unbearable They sometimes go past midnight and they are so loud especially for buildings out front and units on the bottom floor. It is very disturbing
We do have a form that residents are required to complete for gatherings; however, in many cases, these events are unauthorized. Please contact our on-call service so we can promptly address the situation.

The apartments are clean, spacious, and perfectly located for students — close to campus, restaurants, and everything you need. |Recommended: NoQuestionable move out policies. The same standards at move-in are not upheld at move out.
I’ve requested phone calls to discuss things with no phone calls. Emails are not read and answered correctly, hence the reason a discussion is necessary.
Prior to move out, there were no issues with the apartment complex. But upon moving out, even though the resident did everything that was expected, again the same expectations up upon move out are not the same as moving in. The apartment complex makes sure that they cover themselves, not the residence.

Upon inspection, there was a softball-sized damage to one of your walls, for which you are responsible, as well as touch-up paint required on another wall. In addition, the charges in the common areas are shared responsibilities, and those costs are evenly split among you and your roommates.
We kindly ask that you refer back to your lease agreement, your move-out inspection, and the itemized move-out charges that were provided prior to your departure for further clarification.
