|Recommended: YesI went in for a tour and the two girls up front were super friendly very nice and greeted me with a smile i went on a tour of one the units and i believe her name was ava took me. she was very sweet and ready to give me the tour she was very informative and was able to answer all my questions

|Recommended: No234 - 102 C — This apt is so filthy I am shocked especially when shown a COMPLETELY different apt Said they couldn’t show me actual apt id be in If you had I would NEVER agree to live in this one Appears only 1 of the two other tenants is here 24 7 but does nothing to keep clean The other one told me she only uses her room bath and never eats here
There are mouse glue traps in kitchen new ones on counter My first night here I killed 2 COCKROACHES in my bathroom Obviously exterminator is needed When I arrived the smell of weed was throughout. When my son grandson helped me move stuff Sunday he let me know they couldn’t show smell it soon as opened front door. I smoke but abide by rules sit in my vehicle.
Overall I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED And OBVIOUSLY I’m gonna be the one to CLEAN someone else’s filth

As you are aware, you moved into a unit that was already occupied, and while we do our best to ensure that common areas are clean upon new move-ins, we are not responsible for ongoing cleaning of shared spaces once residents are living in them. That said, we have addressed this matter with the current occupants and have encouraged them to maintain cleanliness in the common areas. If the issue persists, we will arrange for professional cleaning and pass the associated cost to the current residents.
Regarding the pest concerns, we were not previously aware of an issue in your unit. Now that this has been brought to our attention, we will promptly schedule pest control services and continue treatments as needed. Please be assured that your bedroom was thoroughly cleaned and move-in ready prior to your arrival.
We truly regret that you had to move into these conditions, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the situation. I will be reaching out to you directly to follow up on these concerns and ensure we are taking appropriate steps.
