|Recommended: YesFirst 48 hours — The first day, was hectic, but the view and the homeliness, made up for it. Everything is as advertised and all up to code and condition. No bugs, nothing to get fixed immediately. Most of all, no complaints.

For today, I especially want to thank Sarah, Dallas and Kamari for making my move-in smooth and easy. I’m very impressed by Sarah’s expertise and attention to details. She’s left me a lasting impression that this is the lady I can count on.
I have my special regards to Dallas. On my first day of visit, he’s the gentleman along with his colleague, who practiced the good old courtesy of “ Ladies first” opening the leasing office door for me with hearty-warming greetings. And today. Dallas spotted me right away when I’m most in need of someone to help me with the keys. He hauled himself up and down the stairs and drive me back and forth in spite of his knees problems.
Of course, I won’t forget Kamari’ big fresh smile with that sparkling eyes. I met young Tia the day before who guided me through the application step by step with all her sweetness and patience. I have to say The Flatts office has an eye for young talents.
And of course I will never hesitate to thank Stephanie Hall again for inviting me with this wonderful opportunity to meet you all.
Thank you all for making me feel at home on my first day. It’s such a comfort to know I’m in the good hands of a group of great people. The pleasure is always mine.

|Recommended: YesGood apartment — Overall the Flatts is great quality. The staff is communicative whenever there is a community-wide issue e.g. power outage , keeps the grounds mostly clean, has good amenities e.g. gym and study area , and when my apartment had a leak they sent out maintenance immediately. The area feels generally safe. All major appliances and furniture are included, billing is easy and user friendly, and they are always hosting events and community engagement. My biggest complaint is loud upstairs neighbors to which there seems to be no solution. There is constant stomping and noise, mostly in the evening and night which is the worst part. After emailing management a few times about it, I was basically told there is nothing they can do.
