|Recommended: YesLiving at the Flatts — I would tell them that the overall rating I would give the Flatts is a 3.75 5. While I have liked my stay in both a two and one bedroom apartment, I have some issues that should be addressed. When the complex stated that we were going to be switching to xfinity, I contacted the clubhouse twice about my units service not working and it still hasn't worked to the point that I've been using the guest wifi for most of my stay this year. I would also put more effort into making sure the units are ready for new tenants because the amount of work orders I had to put in for maintenance that should have been checked beforehand is slightly disappointing. Lastly, for the amount of money I'm paying to live here, I would think I wouldn't be able to hear my neighbors arguing or doing other things throughout the day and night so I would think about putting more resources into this area.

I'm sorry you are still experiencing Wi-Fi issues, I've resent you instructions for your wifi set up and if you still cannot set it up I can send someone over to help assist you and if that still doesn't work this may be an issue Xfinity will have to fix. If you are having issues with neighbors being loud please send what apartment the noise is coming from and we will contact them.
