|Recommended: YesNice, Hip — Having your own washer and dryer, bathroom, bedroom with a key, etc is amazing. I enjoy the privacy of that as well as the large bedroom space where you can have your desk, bed, even a TV if you wanted. Plus plenty of closet and storage space. The downsides... SOME things are fairly cheaply put together with cheap paint, fixtures, utilities, etc. But most things are nice quality and you get what you pay for. Another downside, the front desk people are not very helpful at all. Wait to call until Monday-Friday 9-4 because whatever question you have, they will need to direct you to their supervisor. Otherwise they will tell you wrong information and be in general no help at all.

I am sorry you didn't have the best experience when talking with the front desk staff, I want to be sure everyone here can answer any questions and is giving accurate information when speaking with residents. We do have a couple of new staff members who are trying to get the hang of things so I do apologize and hope that moving forward you have a much better experiance. |Recommended: YesThe Flatts is a great place to Live The rooms are very spacious with your own renovated bathroom and entertainment spaces. There are many fun activities to do that are COVID safe like going to the game room, working out at the gym, sitting outside under the gazebo while you light the grill on a nice sunny day The prices are very reasonable and the staff also offer specials so you don't want to miss that The areas outside are always clean and maintenance is always timely

|Recommended: YesPretty good. — It's nice. The bedrooms are a decent size and utilities are included for a relatively reasonable rate. Though the owners will try to get money out of you in any way they can, whether it be through water heating or renters insurance.

|Recommended: YesI love living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love the way the renovations look. Parking is great, I never have an issue finding a spot. The only weakness is how thin the walls are because you can hear everything. Also amazing water pressure in the shower.

|Recommended: YesThe Flatts is a GREAT location It’s very quiet, the apartments are up to date with appliances. The staff is extremely helpful, the maintenance staff is always timely, and there is always some for you to do. With it being COVID the Flatts staff make all of their activities COVID safe but fun I would recommend to anyone new in the area.

|Recommended: Yes10 10 — Living here has been absolutely amazing. Its absolutely beautiful and clean. I am a junior at Salisbury and living off campus alone can be nerve wracking but I feel very safe and secure here.
