|Recommended: YesI really like the place. — I like the place a lot. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The maintenance guys seem to be very on top of things. I really like the amenities that are offered within the lease. The only concern I'm having at the moment is I was offered the month of February for free because it was something the Flatts was offering at the time I signed the lease, but now being tomorrow is February 1st it's showing on the portal that I owe rent. So I'm hoping to get that cleared up. Hopefully, they stand by what they say. The apartment itself is clean and peaceful, although you can hear your neighbors through the walls a bit.

|Recommended: YesFLATTS SALISBURY COMMUNITY — The FLATTS Salisbury apartment is a nice community, and the staff was very helpful. The common areas and grounds well kept. I would recommend additional lighting and sweeping of the exterior staircase.

|Recommended: YesOverall Pretty Good — I like living here - the renovated apartments are nicely put together with some issues here and there, like scratched walls or surfaces, and minor damages . Everything is functional and feels new and clean, though. The walls seem pretty thin because I can hear my neighbors on each side at any given point, but it's not terrible. Parking is always available and I've renewed my lease, so it's pretty good. 4 5 stars.
