|Recommended: NoLess for more — Everyone I know goes over for gas n electric it’s annoying that they lie to you when you go on a tour. They say most ppl don’t go over n if they do it’s by 5. At university orchard they get a 100 spending limit which is a lot better and ends up being cheaper or around the same price after the gas and electric overcharges at the flatts. Plus you get a balcony and university orchard. Tired of paying more for so much less 🤷🏼♀️.
Angelina, Thanks for leaving your honest review, during the colder months there is a higher overage for residents as the gas is for the heat and hot water. We cannot determine your usage as it is based off the meter readings in each unit. You are getting a $100 allowance for the Electric for a full 4 bedroom it is $25 per person for the allowance, we do not have balcony's here however we have great customer service, Fast and reliable maintenance and much more amenities and competitive rates! |Recommended: YesI love my apartment. Beautiful property overall, the amenities are awesome. One issue is that it always smells like weed. At least a few times a week, it stinks of weed and travels through the air vents into my apartment. And the typical loudness of college students but that comes along with student housing. Overall, I adore it here.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Off-Campus Housing — One of the better college apartment housing complexes in Salisbury to live at. The staff is friendly and accommodating to any problems that may arise. I definitely recommend.

|Recommended: YesFlatts — I’ve been living at the flatts, and the apartment itself is really nice and the area is a good area. There’s also plenty of parking and a guest parking lot. I also like the fact that there’s a small dog park. However, the staff at least some of them Are not the nicest when handling situations. They’re also not the most flexible with things. However, it’s a good place to live for a college student and the money isn’t bad.

|Recommended: YesGreat except for the overwatering — I enjoy living at The Flatts, but the amount of water used on the lawn on a daily basis is leading to issues. It leaves puddles in the sidewalks and by the curbs in the streets which grow algae and insects. The grass is most always wet and it smells. If daily watering could be cut back especially when it rains and better drainage incorporated that would help the issue tremendously.

|Recommended: NoUnfair prices — I am being honest the presentation is nice but the amount of hidden fees is just unreasonable. Many of us are college students and many of us are human beings who wished our fellow human beings would have sympathy for us as well. Not at all satisfied with this housing and will not recommend to others.

However, you were required to pay the standard parking and utility fees that are discussed prior to you signing a lease and before move in.
